You retain ownership of any content you submit.
4.3 Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide regarding the platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the platform may require a paid subscription. Where applicable:
- Fees are stated at the point of purchase and are charged in advance
- All payments are processed through third-party payment providers
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available upon request
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing subscribers prior to their next billing cycle.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the total fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Temsavolud and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or for any other legitimate operational reason. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.
